Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps us offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100%. We’ll do our best to accommodate reschedules, but changes within 48 hours may still incur a fee. If you experience an emergency, reach out and we’ll handle it with care. Additional Policies __________________________________________ For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the salon due to the small space and chemicals present, unless they are receiving a service. Hair color and chemicals can be unpredictable. Poppy Salon is not responsible for any damage or staining to clients' clothing. Capes are provided for this reason. If you're concerned about this, please wear an old t-shirt you don't mind potentially getting product on. You may use the restrooms provided to either change or completely remove your shirt under the cape if you prefer. Thank you for helping us keep our space safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
