Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me for your beauty needs. I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellation Charges: a) Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, a service charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled services will be applied. b) Failure to show: In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a service charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled services will be applied. Contacting Us: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. You can reach me by phone at 828-702-3376 during our business hours. If you need to cancel outside of our business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send an email to emmamaciaszek1@gmail.com. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and contact information when leaving a message or sending an email. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you encounter such a situation, please reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. I will handle such cases on an individual basis with understanding and empathy. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that rescheduling within the 48-hour window may still result in the application of the cancellation charges mentioned above. I value your time and by adhering to this cancellation policy, we can maintain a high level of service and ensure that both our clients and myself have a positive experience.
